Do I need to tell you there are car salesmen here. I think I got what I asked for

Chee was my sales person and he did a great job. He helped me find what I wanted and was always straight to the point. He got me the out the door price I was looking for and there was zero struggle. He even managed to let me take the car home so I could show the family before I even purchased it. Thanks Chee!!

I’ve been lucky and very appreciative to have had Josh Pippin as my advisor. He was professional, understanding and did everything he could to get my car into the shop for diagnostics when it was acting up. I could not afford a rental and Josh worked with the rental department to get me loaner. He communicated what the issue was with my car, assured me that JNT would get the part ordered, called when the part arrived and scheduled my appointment to get my car back into to be promptly fixed.

Not a bad experience. The communication wasn’t the best. I found myself making multiple calls to speak with my salesperson in order to get questions answered. The Jim Norton Lifetime Warranty was useless for me. The dealership mandates the buyer to get all service and maintenance done there and if you don’t, it voids the warranty. I’m 3 hours away so it’s not an option. Plus I won’t be pressured and required to get service at Jim Norton, even if I am treated poorly. If I would have known that in advance it would have been a deal breaker. I’m not saying I won’t buy from them again, but I will most likely look at other dealerships first.

The entire team at Jim Norton Toyota was outstanding, especially Carlos. He stuck through a few weeks of searching and helped me get the best choice possible. They were all informative but not pushy. Will recommend to anyone!

Gabe went above and beyond to help me find the right vehicle and made the entire process easy from start to finish. What impressed me even more was the service after the sale. I needed something for the vehicle afterward, and Gabe made sure it was sent out and that I received it the very next day. That kind of follow-through says a lot. Bought a new Tundra from them 4 months ago. Just took it in for its 10k mile service! They are organized, helpful, friendly and worked quickly. Highly impressed…especially with my service advisor, Makayla… highly recommend!

Paulin was very helpful, knowledable about the cars and very friendly. I would defiantely recommend him to anyone purchasing a vehicle. He is honest and not pushy like other sales people. He answered all our questions and gave us recommendations.
